Getting to know you
Getting to know our venture partners is as important as finding the right opportunity. That’s why we start with a simple phone call to get to know the people who want to invest with us. We talk about what you have to invest into a project and what you want to gain from the experience. We will give you a more comprehensive summary of the type of project that will best suit you and discuss the level of interaction you wish to have in the process. For us, being able to work together is key to a fruitful and lasting partnership.
Find the right opportunity
Once we’ve agreed what sort of venture is going to work best for our partners, we set about finding the right property for that investment. We consider many factors in choosing a property, from location to potential return, we ensure that our development projects are carefully planned and assessed before we proceed. Whether that is Buy to Let, Multiple Occupancy or a Commercial investment it is crucial we select a property we know will perform to it’s maximum potential.
We get to work
The final stage is the fun part – realising the investment. Our team begins the renovation, transforming it from a property with potential and turning into a desirable home. We then get it on to the market ready for our partners to see a return on their investment. All of our current partners have worked with us more than once, and we’re confident that you will feel the same.
